Second session with your CoThink Health Investigator

Together, you'll review the results of your first week of changes and take a deeper dive into the root causes behind your metabolic blockers.

Week 4

Your second Metabolic Review email and new Five Weekly Fixes

By this point, most clients begin seeing significant progress — improved glucose stability, higher energy, and visible weight loss.

Q: How do I get the CGM and Levels App?

A: Click the “get levels + CGM” button at the top of this page. You’ll be taken to a checkout page on the official Levels website. Purchase a one year Levels membership for $200 and a CGM subscription for $89/month. Once your order is complete, Levels will guide you through downloading the app and activating your sensor.

Q: Do I need a CGM and Levels Subscription?

A: For weight loss and blood sugar management, we highly recommend using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) together with the Levels app. The precise data we receive from this combination gives us clear, real-time insight into what’s blocking your progress and how your body responds to different foods and habits.

If you prefer not to use Levels, we can proceed by having you log your meals directly within the CoThink AI system. In that case, your data will be interpreted using general metabolic averages rather than your personal glucose responses — still useful, but less exact.

Q: How do I cancel?

A: Click Open Customer Portal above — cancel anytime in one click. You’ll keep access through your current billing period. Most clients get everything they need out of their CoThink program in 2-3 months. By that time, your personal AI tools will developed and trained on your data, and you should be able to use them independently until you fully reach your health goals.

Q: What should I prepare for Session 1?

A: Just show up. your CoThink Health Investigator will guide the session and the magic will start.
